"Courtney at State Farm is a true professional and a breath of fresh air. I came to her with a difficult issue, and while it hasn’t been resolved yet, she listened, reassured me, and—most importantly—followed through on her promise to help. Her integrity and genuine care give me hope. This is especially meaningful after my experience with another agent, Kelly, who failed to add the proper coverage to my Husband's vehicle as requested. When I followed up—after Jason asked her to call me—she claimed she’d send the correction to underwriting, but never did. Now she goes from saying she doesn’t remember, to being uncertain, to denying there was ever a mistake. That’s truly not okay. When you speak to someone in this role, you’re supposed to trust that they’re handling your coverage correctly. Courtney reminded me that there are still people who take their role seriously and truly care about doing right by the customer. Thank you, Courtney."

"Best experience ever! If I had the option to choose 100 stars, I would definitely give them all the stars! Furthermore, Courtney was my insurance agent and she was amazing. My husband and I have been trying to find affordable insurance for all three of our vehicles and all we kept receiving was high quotes. When I say high I mean like $1500 - $2,000 monthly. But then out of the blue, Courtney contacted me and I was so glad that she did! She was very pleasant and encouraging! In addition she was able to get us affordable insurance where we are now paying less than $500 monthly for all three vehicles and on top of that, renters insurance was included."
